Youth Aware of Mental Health is an evidence-based universal mental health literacy program designed for students in grades 7-12, but ideally delivered to grade(s) 8 or 9. The event is a week long training from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. where selected participants learn more about the pedagogy and research behind the YAM program and youth mental health in general.
