Joy and Beauty of Computing (JBC) and Mobile CSP

JBC (Joy and Beauty of Computing) offers students an overview of the world of computing, as well as a gentle introduction to computational thinking using the Python programming language. It examines the computing field and how it impacts the human condition, and introduces exciting ideas and influential people. Mobile CSPĀ is based on the College Board’s emerging Advanced Placement (AP) Computer Science Principles curriculum framework for introductory computer science. TEAMS Workshop in Pablo

Montana State University’s Norm Asbjornson College of Engineering and College of Education are hosting two TEAMS (Teaching Engineering Applications in Math & Science) workshops, one in Bozeman and the other is at Salish Kootenai College in Pablo. The workshops are two-day events designed for K-12 math and science teachers to learn engineering standards as well as how to implement them in their respective curriculums.
