The Mandt System Certification

The Western Montana Professional Learning Collaborative (WMPLC) is hosting a Mandt System certification on Wednesday, August 4th, and Thursday, August 5th. Participants will have the option of registering for one day if they need to re-certify, or both days if new to the system. The agenda is:

  • Wednesday, August 4th: Relational Training. Enrollment is capped at 20 participants.
  • Thursday, August 5th: Technical Training/Annual re-certification. Enrollment is capped at 10 participants.

The Mandt System virtual training

The Western Montana Professional Learning Collaborative (WMPLC) is hosting a Mandt System virtual training session on Monday, May 10, 2021. The Mandt System is a comprehensive, integrated approach to preventing, de-escalating, and if necessary, intervening when the behavior of an individual poses a threat of harm to themselves and/or others. The training will cover Part 1 of the system, Mandt Relational Training:

Chapter 1 – Building Healthy Relationships
Chapter 2 – Building Healthy Communication
Chapter 3 – Building Healthy Conflict Resolution
