Introduction to Rural and Tribal Counselor Ethics

Rural and tribal communities and schools in Montana face unique ethical dilemmas. Mental health professionals who work in these communities need to know how to recognize and take action when situations arise, and how to handle them in an ethical manner. This course will go over possible ethical situations that are unique to rural and ethical communities, and how to maintain good ethical standards in order to protect the well being of their students, their community, and themselves. This course is for all educators, with a focus on counselors.
