DESCRIPTION:This multi-grade level\, two-day professional development course is designed to equip educators with the skills and strategies necessary to enhance literacy through engaging historical research projects. Moving beyond the traditional memorization of dates and events\, this course emphasizes the development of critical thinking\, research skills\, and literacy competencies\, while encouraging increased engagement.
