Are you overwhelmed, overworked and/or just plain burnt out?
Teachers in small schools have many roles they fill in addition to their content/grade areas. Let’s sidestep the stress of the extras! Attendees collaborate using tools and resources to help avoid burnout. Attendees will also explore self-care strategies and other tools to help avoid stress. Participants will have the opportunity to use these in their own self-care routines and also facilitate self-care for students within the classroom. During this 2-day course, also learn about chronic stress and what triggers ours/our students’ stress. Walk away with a toolbox full of strategies & tools to support self-care for you and your students!
