The Region III CSPD & RESA is hosting a three-part webinar series on Native American young literature. Billings librarians Ruth Ferris and Kathi Hoyt will be presenting. Topics discussed in the series include the importance of using literature written by Native American authors for Indian Education for All, and evaluating American Indian Materials and Resources for the Classroom. Novels from authors Sherman Alexie, Louise Erdich, Eric Gansworth, and Gary Robinson will also be discussed. Participants will need to register for each session of the series individually:

Session 1 – October 13, 2020

Session 2 – October 20, 2020

Session 3 – October 27, 2020
