This session will explore the new state standard Computational Thinker that follows the ISTE standards for students. Data, data, data, it’s changing our world and our curriculum’s relevance for our students. We will start by collaboratively exploring the why of computational thinking in all subject and grade levels by looking at the new standard. Then we brainstorm ways our students use data sets in their current learning. As a bonus, we will explore the fantastic tool of Google Sheets and how it integrates into the overall Google platform.
