Google Classroom and Connection

September 15 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

| Free

As we start the year, let’s dust off the keyboard and refresh our Google classrooms. This class is designed for novice users and others who have reluctantly used Google in the past, or perhaps never before. You will learn how to set up a Google Classroom, how to assign homework on Classroom, how Google classroom connects your due dates to your student’s calendars, and more advance features too. Ample time will be given to practice and help you feel comfortable using this tool in your classroom this year.

About the presenter: Mark Kane has a Master’s of Education from Montana State University Billings and a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College. Mark has presented technology workshops at the local, regional and state levels. As a volunteer member of OPI’s model curriculum team, Mark authored science curriculum frameworks for the state. He currently teaches 7th at Medicine Crow Middle School in Billings.
