The Montana World Affairs Council, the Mansfield Center at the University of Montana, and the East Asia Resource Center and the University of Washington are co-hosting this webinar series about contemporary issues faced in four East Asia countries. This 20-hour NCTA online seminar is geared for secondary current world affairs, geography, history, and social studies teachers and curriculum specialists to help educators expand and update their own knowledge of current issues in East Asia or incorporate content on East Asia into their curriculum for the first time. School librarians and administrators are also encouraged to apply. It provides content and resources for teaching about China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. Montana teachers will be given priority to attend the webinar series.
