The Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training program is a safe, non-harmful behavior management system designed to help human service providers give the best possible care, welfare, safety and security to disruptive, assaultive, and out-of-control individuals.
This 8-hour crisis prevention workshop, taught by our certified instructor Melissa Hanson, emphasizes early intervention and nonphysical methods for preventing or managing disruptive behavior. Your hands-on session will include the study and practice of crisis prevention methods, including restraint positions, transport techniques, and team strategies.
