Coaching Conversations for Administrators
Are you implementing the Danielson Framework for Effective Teaching? Are you wondering how to use the framework to improve instructional practice? Join other administrators in an on-going discussion about implementing highly engaging, standards-based instruction in your school. The Danielson evaluation rubric, as well as other techniques, will be used to develop tools to coach teachers in developing their instructional skills to match the shifts in the MCCS.
Session Objectives:
- Demonstrate understanding of the instructional shifts in the MCCS
- Develop coaching questions to help guide teachers in implementing high impact instruction
- Develop an on-going instructional leadership plan to implement effective teaching practice
