In partnership with the Montana Teacher Leader in the Arts, Lame Deer Public Schools, and the Silk Road Ensemble, the Grammy-nominated documentary The Music of Strangers: Yo-Yo Ma and the Silk Road Ensemble will be shown Wednesday, April 12th, at 3 pm at Petro Hall on the Montana State University – Billings campus. A Q&A session with Silk Road Ensemble members Cristina Pato and Kojiro Umezaki will follow the showing of the documentary. Mr. Umezaki is a Teaching Artist in Lame Deer Public Schools.
