This four week course, running from April 11 – May 6, will examine the learning processes in Mathematics, Science and Engineering with a focus on foundational ideas that promote mathematical understanding.
Specific goals and activities include the following:
- Develop an understanding of key attributes for an effective STEM learning environment
- Analyze and experience STEM-centric lesson components
- Examine and consider STEM resources
- Design STEM lessons aligned to the MCCSM
